I take no medications and have no aches/pains or ongoing health issues. I have worked out all my life and am not one of those guys who walks around the gym as a new year's resolution. I have always done it from being young and I believe its paid off. You can decide.

I run 4-5 miles three days a week plus I lift weights so physically I look better than most men half my age. I have all my hair and teeth and not even a filling. I'm very active and I'm into jogging, weight lifting, Yoga, and biking, scuba diving, and a lot of other activities.
I'm also into herbs and alternative medicines and mostly stay away from meat, but I'm not a fanatic.

I love classical music, oldies, ethic food, and travel. I have lived in five different countries including Japan, Germany, Italy, Scotland, and the US.
